Select all your Exchange/MobileMe/Local Addresses and make a backup in a few clicks. Very easy import built into iPhone. Just tap the file and you vill be asked if you want to import all at once or one by one. ABBackup is also a perfect way to share individual contacts with friends. Simply mark the contact/contacts you want to share and email it as a vCard file. ABBackup sends the selected addresses in vCard format. "Tap and Hold" to view complete contact card.
